Goose Creek



Goose Creek has a rich history and is home to a large part of South Carolina's early heritage.  Settled long before the Revolutionary War, Goose Creek was home to famous plantations such as Medway, Yeamans Hall, Windsor Hill, The Elms, Otranto, Martindales, The Oaks,Crowfield, Liberty Hall, Howe Hall and Brick Hope. Today those plantations are long gone except for Medway Plantation. The rest have become the backdrop for today's new developments and homesites. 

Crowfield Plantation is Goose Creek's largest planned development and is home to Crowfield Country Club and Golf Course.  New development is currently underway Goose Creek to broaden the options for those desiring to live in Berkeley County.  Cane Bay Plantation and Carnes Crossroad are two of the most anticipated and exciting new master planned communities underway in the Goose Creek area. 

In Goose Creek today, over 30,000 people live and work and call Goose Creek home.  With the addition of the new Google Facility among other commercial endeavors, Goose Creek and Berkeley County are quickly becoming one of the Charleston area's desired addresses.
