Foster's Accomplishments as a Licensed REALTOR

Foster has been handling real estate for sale in Summerville, SC for over 20 years.  Dating back to his first year in real estate, Foster has enjoyed helping people find their buy their Summerville dream homes and sell their current Summerville homes.  In the early years, his four children and wife inspired and spurred Foster on to work hard and provide quality real estate services for those living in the Summerville area. In 1994, Foster joined the Million Dollar Club and went on to join Realtor Round Table in 1995 & 1996.  For the next 11 years, Foster's work in real estate earned him places in Prudential Carolina Real Estate's President's Circle and Leading Edge Society.  

In 2008, Prudential Carolina Real Estate was bought out by Carolina One Real Estate and Foster continued selling real estate with Carolina One. Continuing his career of selling and listing homes for sale in Summerville, Foster earned designations of Carolina One Real Estate's "Gold Circle Award" from 2008-2012 and the "Diamond Circle Award" in 2013.  Foster also has consistently earned Charleston SC's Realtor of Distinction award throughout his career as a Realtor.
