My father was a partner in one of the first insurance and real estate companies in Summerville, SC, so it is truly "in my blood." I have been a realtor for over 20 years and have lived in Summerville for the majority of my life. Lori Dunn is a vital part of the Foster Smith Team. Lori is a licensed realtor who has been working with me since 2007. With attention to detail, Lori ensures all of the transactions that pass through the office are handled promptly and competently. She works with me to make sure every client gets to the closing table with the least amount of stress and the greatest amount of satisfaction. Lori has lived in the Summerville area with her husband and daughter for over 10 years. Her first hand experience with the school system and living in Summerville as a mom help buyers quickly acclimate to the area and learn the ins and outs of living in Summerville.

Christal (Smith) deBoer- Marketing Assistant

Christal has worked with me since 2003. As my first born, she has grown up in the business and has been a licensed realtor in South Carolina and Michigan. Christal works as the marketing assistant for the Foster Smith Team. She handles the marketing and internet side of my business. Her responsibilities include my website, professional blog, and social media presence.   By having a dedicated marketing assistant, all of my listings are showcased on every media platform possible including Youtube, Google Plus, Facebook, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Twitter and many more. Christal keeps HomesofSummerville.com ranking high in the search engines which results in more eyes seeing my clients' homes and out of town buyers contacting our office and seeing our listings. Christal is a vital reason our listings get more exposure than other homes on the market.
