This unique lot is in the process of being surveyed. There was a home on the site but it has been torn down. Water and sewer by the city is present. Bay View Acres is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Mount Pleasant. In the center of the neighborhood is a park for children as well as a basketball and tennis court. There is also a neighborhood boat landing on the creek. At low tide the creek is dry. At high tide the water is approximately 5 ft. deep. A 1961 survey shows a 91.5 ft. front with 140 ft. on the Coleman Blvd. side and a 193 ft. on the other side. The back line at the marsh is 110.5 ft.
